Tanager Capital SPV

Tanager Holdings plans to form a dedicated SPV program that channels third-party capital into Tanager studio companies. The SPV is designed to accelerate execution by enabling rapid $100–$200k initial checks into new studio entrants and additional seed capital into the existing portfolio, without relying on ad hoc fundraising.

The structure is founder- and investor-aligned, with a modest management fee and no carry (no "double dip"), while maintaining pro-rata participation rights for SPV members on follow-on financings.
